4257 is currently on the Q11. I don't see it mentioned being transferred from LGA to JFK in this thread as far back as mid-February however apologies if this was already reported.

Coneheads don’t really go to Far Rockaway so that’s at least post worthy

if it shows up on any of the FR routes, then it can be posted in the random section, providing the bus number, run number and route. the reason why people don't post transfers between FR and JFK (regardless of how noteworthy it is) is because they're rather frequent. and even then, it's not verified if it will run in revenue service.

Most likely there for repairs as those two haven’t seen service in over a week. It is possible they’ll run on loan like 4682 did last week.

If so, then it’s good to see that both units are not scrap.

An ongoing situation is requiring buses from KB to be temporarily parked at Gun Hill and Manhattanville. No need to report these loans in the event you see KB buses on MHV/GH lines and vice versa for the next 24-48 hours.

There was a partial roof collapse at Kingsbridge, so they are moving buses to both Gun Hill and Manhattanville until repairs are done.

JFK and FR function as one depot with two yards.

Previously under Green Bus Co. Inc before the 2005 takeover by (MTA). When BC came to existence, they split the Green bus garages to 2 aforementioned depots. No need to post which bus gets transferred to where. The only difference between the 2 is that JFK houses articulated buses while Far Rockaway houses express coaches.

This is a lot worse than was indicated. It wasn't just a piece that fell, it collapsed under the weight of a bus. Until that roof is load-bearing again, which could take a long time, they're going to have to do some serious rearrangements. This is not something you want to see.
