Southbound trains are running along the line from W 4 St-Washington Sq to Coney Island-Stillwell Av. Southbound and trains are running express from 34 St-Herald Sq to W 4 St-Washington Sq. There probably was service to Parsons. Also they couldn’t turn trains at Broadway Junction cause trains were terminating there. I was there when there was also an train switch problem. Was crazy.
