The problem I have with that statement is a simple one, and it's that things change all the time. Nothing is ever "confirmed" until it actually happens.

I'd say it's on loan to MHV due to the severe bus shortage because of the Novas being O/S indefinitely.

Yes that unit is actually  active at ENY rn along with 9526.
