If I'm not mistaken, the QM4 is set to move from CP to BP for the system pick.

No its' not a shortage. Casey Stengel is sending their 4100's to QV, so QV can retire some of their RTS Buses like the 9300's.

All XD40 buses were delivered except 7120.

So apparently there's an 8290 @ Yukon. These things aren't popping up on BusTime anymore.

Most new buses aren't visible on bustime until a few days later. Don't always use bustime as it may not even show recent arrivals or transfers.
