4984 is retired. Bus had a fire

I want to add a general statement:

Any bus that happens to be in EC does NOT automatically mean that the unit in question is or will be retired as was said before. There are too many assumptions about being scrapped when they aren't or vice-versa.

Current 1997-98 Novabus RTSs for STORAGE: 9350, 9383, 9440, 9448, 9451, 9457, 9465, 9468, 9476, 9526, 9540, 9587, 9667, 9672, 9675, 9677-9678, 9680, 9688, 9692.

Anything else is scrap.

Edited! Thank you to all!

Is 9690, and 9699 OOS as well? They were at U.P but never in service.

See below.

How about we list the 97-98 RTS that are not oos and in service/storage?

Currently there are none in active service. Here is the breakdown:

-Flatbush : No units assigned.

-Fresh Pond : No units assigned.

-East New York : 9503, 9580, 9590. All used as swing buses.

-Ulmer Park : 9539, 9690, 9699. All listed OOS.

-Grand Ave : 9459, 9467, 9471, 9482, 9510-9511, 9514, 9519, 9525, 9542, 9674, 9679, 9683, 9685, 9697. All listed OOS.

-System Reserve/Storage : 9350, 9383, 9440, 9448, 9451, 9457, 9465, 9468, 9476, 9526, 9540, 9587, 9667, 9672, 9675, 9677-9678, 9680, 9688, 9692.

-Buses listed as scrap: 9441, 9458, 9684, 9698.

Anything else I would deem scrap unless repurposed such as 9546. Hope this clears anything up for anyone.
