The MTA's Making Up For Lost Time With Changes On The (1) , (2) , (3) , (4) , (6) , (A) , (C) , (E) , (F) , (J) , (L) , (M) , (N) , (Q) & (R) Trains This Weekend

What is it with the 138 st typos lately.....

3 trains will operate to/from New Lots Av from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday, replacing the 4 in Brooklyn. They will continue to make express stops in Manhattan, though Harlem-138 St bound 3 trains will run local from Times Sq-42 St to 96 St. from 10 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday.

(2) No trains between 96 St and 148 St

Late night (7) service is suspended

(3) trains and Shuttle free shuttle buses provide alternate service

Weekend, 11:45 PM Fri to 5 AM Mon, Feb 5 - 8

 

(4) service operates between 96 St and New Lots Av, days/evenings.

 

Travel Alternatives

 

(6) trains make all stops between 135 St and Franklin Av.

• Transfer is available (days/evenings) between and trains at 96 St.

 

Shuttle buses operate all weekend between 148 St and 135 St, stopping at 145 St.

• Transfer between Shuttle buses and (3) trains at 135 St.

  1. Between 241 St and E 180 St 
  2. Between Flatbush Av and E 180 St, and via the 5.png to/from Dyre Av 

Weekend & Holiday, 3:45 AM Sat to 10 PM Mon, Feb 13 - 15 

• Transfer at E 180 St to continue your trip.

This ride would be amazing! A lot of wrong railing!

This is where not having the Nassau portion of Montauge in service does not help matters.  Then what they could have done was perhaps for this period run the (M) on its old route between Metropolitan and 9th Avenue to cover for the (4) (or extended the (J) for that purpose).
