3834, 3887, 3970, 4119-4120, 4122, 4128, 4135, 4342, 4346, 4517, 4528, 4922, 4929, 5151, 6764, 6774 are being loaned to West Farms at this time. I wonder what's the deal with these loans as of late.

Damm. New week and West Farms is getting buses from MCH, 132nd, Fresh Pond, Kingsbridge, Yukon, Jamaica and Tuk.

ENY said it before, about 70 and 100 C40LF and Orion 7 CNG are out of service for maintanence, stuff, issues.

Add on their insistence to keep JG all CNG (which is looking really stupid right now) and that's why WF is borrowing so many buses (they are sending CNGs to JG to cover their gap too)

Of course, if JG could handle diesel buses they could have just sent some RTS from UP and ENY and have been done with it, instead of this Five borough swap going on.

Gleason doesn't have that big of a problem with their fleet, West Farms has all the problems(including with their CNG stations, which I think has not been resolved). The only reason they sent buses to Gleason was so that the RTSs can bump them off.

It's also summer, which means everything's going to crap out in a hurry. I think CP had to borrow some LG NGs this morning. The WF buses are very temporary--4907, 4911, and 4915 were there for about one trip only. 4915 may stay for the afternoon. 5127 and 5134 have left WF for JA. I understand 4974 pulled into FP, but that could be en route to GA.

Yeah, they want JG to stay all CNG so they don't have worry about fueling. WF still has full diesel tanks, so logistically this makes more sense.

Not a big issue like WF, but JG does have about 14-15 buses out of service still.

Well this is interesting. I did some digging after your post, and 4974 ow assigned to FP. Not sure for how long, but it should be on a run tomorrow.

Lmfao I just saw 4128 with the YU stickers and I was like, "The hell? That better be a FP unit." And yes, I realized it wasnt. All the SI loans traveled well over 80 miles today (without being on a BX route) just for the MTA to work. And that's if they even return to SI. Edited by ShadeJay

To clarify for anyone wondering, the current RTSs at WF are :  4922, 4929, 4931, 4944, 4946, 4968-4973, 4976-4977, 4997, 5000, 5009, 5031-5035, 5131, 5135, 5141, 5151, 5153, 9350, 9383, 9672, 9688 and 9692. However, 9692 as of right now is in brooklyn so there is a chance that is en-route to another depot.

So I'm guessing 4942 is at JA as well?

QV swapped the 4900s for JA's 9500s at the time...

QV ended up with 9300s and 9500s

While JA had the 4900s and 5100s

Queens Village always had 9300s (9350-9381). Also, I think Queens Village received more of the 1996 Novas for the 4900s. I have YouTube videos of the 9500s still operating at Jamaica as late as 2008. I have to double-check that...I could be wrong though.

In addition to the 9300's and 9500's that Queens Village had, they were just getting the O7's and had a few O5's left from Stengel. This was all in 2005 of course
